This is my first personal post!
Hi everyone!
Well……here it is, my first official post for everyone to read
This is very exciting and at the same time just a bit scary.
I never imagined I would be writing my journey as an Internet Marketer on a blog.
Well, I joined Alex Jeffreys coaching course 3 weeks ago,
and everything I heard about him is true.
He is an excellent coach. Alex is very down to earth and sincere,
he inspires his students to succeed.
I definitely know how hard and confusing it can be to figure out
how to make money online. I’m a mother of five, and have my own part-time
home based business, doing electrolysis.
I was recuperating from major back surgery, and could not work full time.
I was looking for a way to supplement my families income.
I’ve been online for just about a year now, since 5/09.
It has been a journey mixed with many highs and lows.
In May of ’09, I first came upon the concept that people can
make untold riches marketing online.I thought it sounded simple enough,
everything I read and saw sure made it seem that way.
I took a few coaching courses along the way.
Each course I took helped me get a little clearer picture of
how this making money online thing works.
I’ve managed to build a list of 4k subscribers in the IM niche.
I know that is definitely a big accomplishment!
I started list building in December ’09.
I made my first sale online December 8, 2009!
I’ll never forget the excitement and disbelief of that first sale!
But, even though I’ve got a list of 4k subscribers,
I’m still not making the $1 per lead all the big guru tell us we should expect.
Many times along the way I was tempted to quit.
I suffered from information overload, spent money I didn’t have.
and I was no closer to financial freedom than I was before I started!
But I’ve had a small taste of success, so I am determined to make this work.
I know it is possible and not a pipe dream.
I’ve met and followed many people online who have become successful .
Regular people like you and me. People who had a dream and the determination to make it work.
This is why I decided to join Alex Jeffreys course now.
He is a regular guy with no special talent, except for his burning desire to succeed.
He understands people and has inspired many to success.
I hope I will be another one of his success stories.

Hey Brocha, I love the way you’ve done your blog, brilliant job!
You’ve got some great looking promos in the side bars there, can I request a post on how you did it and where you got them from, it’s a really neat, nicely laid out site?
I enjoyed reading your personal story and I’m delighted that you’re in Alex’s coaching.
I know we keep encountering each other online, I think the first time was in one of my Giveaways, then an ad swap and now in this coaching program.
I’m looking forward to learning alongside you in the coaching and I look forward to following your progress.
All the best, Paul

Hi Paul,
Thanks for the compliment on my blog.
I picked it up from Jimmy Dean, he was offering the rights to this a while back.
I also loved the layout and knew it was a great bargain. I didn’t realize you are in Alex’s coaching
it is pretty funny how we keep on bumping into each other online, in a good way ofcourse!
I wish you all the best of success. I know that you will definitely be another one of Alexs success stories.
I hope I will be too
Oh I almost forgot my side bars I had help from a good friend I met on skype in one of the adswap chat rooms. He’s very talented and very helpful as well.
Are you on skype much? I found a lot of great support there.
Let me know if you’d like to join, but……it can be very distracting and easy to loose time on there!

Hey Brocha,
greetings from your fellow student of the MarketingwithAlex 3.0 (MWA) coaching. Congratulations on your first personal post. I can surely relate to a lot of things you are writing about. Personally I meandered around all those different angles of internet marketing and spent a lot of time and money over the last 10 months learning and learning until I found myself trapped in this vicious circle of information overload.
With Alex´coaching I have already managed to regain my focus and having gone through a handful of other programmes before I can whole heartily say, that Alex´ training and coaching is outstanding. The cherry on the cake is the most active forum I have come accross on the internet yet and it is a great pleasure to be part of this journey.
All the best for Your personal journey

I’m really happy to hear that Alex has been helpful already. He’s got something special about him
I think that people like us can relate to and really learn from. He’s very real and honest.
He always talks about his struggles online and I think this makes his students realize hey, here’s a guy whose not much different than us, he made it and he can show us how to do it too!
Would you agree with this?

Thanks Nick!
But I must warn you though, that having a large list is not a certain garauntee that you’ll make money.
It is very important right from the start of your list building you keep in mind that these are real people and you should try to build a relationship with them. If you can manage to do this, and I know it’s a challenge to do this, you will make money from your list even it’s small.
I’ve been trying to do this and it is definitely not easy, but it is worth the effort.
I definitely think Alex can help us

A list of 4,000…that’s great!
For a quick site review…I think it looks great! One thing I see is a set of “” above under the title. I’m not sure what those are??

I like Alex’scomment; “Internet Marketing is Simple,- but not easy”. As one his student I can now see the error of my ways. I was chasing the money instead of letting the money chase me. I just never saw how to market correctly, the way he teaches.

Hey Brocha
This is Abizer, one of the fellow students from MWA3.0 coaching program. Your situation is inspiring, being a mother of 5, doing a part time job of electrolysis and are also actively pursuing to build and run an online business. Thats really great going and you are far ahead of the game already by having a list of 4000 folks.
I think as Alex mentioned in one of the QA sessions, the key for getting the $1 per lead (or $$$ in lay man terms
) is also to have a targetted list … not sure if it was yourself or someone else he suggested that a survey would be a good idea to know what your list wants and expects from you. This may be a game changer. Post this on the inside and you would get more suggestions from fellow students, previous students & Alex as well.
information overload hits the best of the IMers, I think this is something every IMer experience some time or the other, I have too even though not being arounf for a long time – just 2-3 month old newbie in IM …
Keep it coming!
Cheers!

Like you I am doing this for my family, don’t want to be filthy rich, just keep my family safe and secure, and that really is what I have been reading about Alex’s students. They are down to earth people looking to secure their families future.
I have also suffered from information overload, but the way Alex is progressing us students is at the right pace. He gives us just the right amount of information each week which we can act upon, a great teacher.

Nice post Brocha. People like to know that there is a real person behind all the marketing.
Remember, there are plenty of offers flying around out there. The one who usually makes the sale is someone that the buyer trusts.
You can’t build trust by hiding behind a pre-written sales letter or blog post. Make it personal and let people get to know and like you. Don’t make it all about marketing, but never let them forget you have something to offer, either.

Hi Brocha,
I think you have certainly chosen well with your mentor.
Almost every day now you hear of Alex Jeffreys student quitting
jobs and going full time online. With what he teaches I’m sure you
will go far.
Building your list to 4k is amazing, I have a list of around 2,000 so
you are doing better than me. If you only promote products that you
know and trust you will be able to earn the $1 per subscriber.
It is not all about the money , it is about helping your list, about
teaching them what you have learnt so they can follow you and
start making money themselves the way you have.
If you can teach them to make their first dollar online they will buy
the good products that you recommend. Don’t chase the money
let the money chase you.

Hi Brocha,
I like your blog layout. The only thing I would say, and I hope this helps, is that I did exactly what you’ve done with your blog. Added lots of content, list building offers and banner ads.
I got some feedback from the forums, and was told that I had too many distractions, this was backed up by my analytics. Bounce rate went up, page views and average time on site went down, suggesting that my visitors we’re becoming more and more distracted as I added more content. As a result I painfully decided to strip my blog bare, removing all distractions from my first post, so my readers have only one choice to make. To comment or not to comment.
I’ve started a new thread on the forum; ‘Focus on FEEDBACK’. I’ve asked Alex to comment on it, so we should soon find out if this is a valid theory, so keep an eye on it.
Keep on, keepin on.
Love & peace

I know all about information overload and can sympathize. You hardly get the time to digest one thing before the Next Big Thing drops into your inbox and you’re off running in pursuit of another money making idea. Been there, done that.
If there’s anything I’ve learned, it’s to apply focus to just one thing and ignore all the distractions. I know your also one of Alex Jeffreys students and his course will help us all focus on what’s important and ignore the rest.

Brocha,
Don’t know how I missed this when first posted. Probably buried somewhere in the 250+ letters a day I get.
Your tale of determination is not so unlike my self. I started last spring doing the research, it took til fall to find my mentor that I’m learning with. Still yet to up a web site (building) like the blog forum to start list building. Soon. So many options there.
This is a great post, Thanks for the invite. Will comment later on what else I read today.

Hi Brocha,
Wow. First I want to say what a nice blog this is! Secondly, you’re one lucky person to have Alex Jeffrey’s as your coach. He is one heck of a teacher! One thing I can say that I like about you Brocha is that you are determined. I see you working hard everyday in the inner circles and I know that you’re going to be successful in this business.
You were saying that you weren’t seeing $1 per lead yet, but that’s ok. Everything you do takes time and before you know it, you might just jump up to 10 bucks per lead! I see that your list has grown exponentially too! Well, that is expected out of a hard worker like yourself..hehe
Take care Brocha!

Hi Brocha
Having got your Blog up I thought I would comment here rather than on the Forum, the bit from the Iranian Guy leaving his bank details for money made me smile
You have clearly been busy and hopefully successful, I am on your mailing list and certainly receive a lot of sales letters from you
You have cleared the first hurdle by having a list of 4000 so hopefully the work you have done with Alex over the last few days after your question on the Alex Jefferies call has made the difference
Thanks Tony

Hi Brocha
Great post, well done.
As a mother of five, how on earth do you find the time to get yourself together to write such an in-depth post – let alone gather 4k subscribers. You are obviously a women of hidden talents.
Love the blog design to, the right hand ads of very colourful and compelling.
Adswop chat rooms on Skype, please tell me more!!
Keep up the good work.

Sick of obtaining low amounts of useless traffic for your website? Well i wish to let you know about a new underground tactic which makes myself $900 per day on 100% AUTOPILOT. I could truthfully be here all day and going into detail but why dont you simply check their website out? There is really a excellent video that explains everything. So if your serious about making effortless money this is the website for you. Auto Traffic Avalanche

Hi brocha watched your blog and thought really good, I liked what I saw and its nice to meet someone that actually has a face to show the world, iI hope I follow in your footsteps and Iam so glad we can talk on skype I look foreward getting a mike and webcam , I guess there are so many of us in the same boat as you where and wishing those rip off merchants get taken off, so they web gets a better name too, anyway doing the wrong thing might only pay for solong but karma will catch up with them , because I have experienced what goes aroung comes around and it works I can vouch for it, I think the videos where you see evey little step of what to do on the computer would be the ones taking off, it sticks better in the brainbox that way, I look foreward to see more videos of you doing what you,re doing , its great stuff, Miko Sargent Fukuda hawkeye 1947@live.com.au

Hello Brocha
I think I have subscribed with you a few times now and then unsubscribed not realizing the Big Mistake I was making. Today I was emailed about a free report about Forum Marketing which was a topic I was searching for more information on. It lead me back to you. This time I was guided to your blog site and read your first post dating back to 09 I believe. I am most impressed with how you shared your struggles and accomplishments. This has given me renewed ambition to go after my dream of creating a source of extra income to supplement my pension. (I have multiple sclerosis)
Many blessings, Brocha. I look forward to following you on your journey and perhaps we can exchange messages once in a while just to touch base and see how both of us are doing. Thank you for all you are doing to help us out with making it in Internet Marketing.
Sincerely,
Claude Belanger

Thank you for the highest notch related information covered throughout your blog, what will happen is often a trivial quiz on your web site readers. Who actually said this quote? . . . .Speak softly and have a big stick; you can go far.

If the PJ numbers are with a 4.6% margin of error (3.19% error listed), there is almost no way for Coakley to win at this point. Game over.
